I contacted Dandaman619 from Impact to set up a war for thie evening, and after a short while, he accepted under the following conditions:

Melee/binds
Classic
Center boundaries
Rings allowed
No corrupt
Matched options
Clan that drops attacks
7:30 EST Starting

Starting/ending ops of both clans:

Akel Starting: Combat Average: 111.76

Impact Starting: Combat average: 118.47

How it started:
