Illusion vs Darkness Awaits

After finally managing to agree on rules for a war with DA. We agreed on a matched opts clanwars arena war. This was out of our prime timezone and DA's rules.

Agreed Rules:
(01:14:49) Friday 17th, 8 pm est, binds and melee only, matched opts, clan wars arena classic, run rings allowed, no corrupt at all, no range/blasts, 2 man sniper cap, post allowed, accept?
(01:15:21) ACCEPTED GL ILLUSION

Rules:

Binds and melee only.
Melee + Binds only.
Ring allowed
2 man sniper cap.
Post allowed.
Classic - Centre bounds.
No corrupt items.
8:00 PM EST start (Friday 18th July 2009).

We had a decent pull out of our prime timezone. We were disheartened to have to cut 5 people but we were determined to make an impression.

Our newly appointed FI Leader (Wynkster) was taking the reigns for this fight. We rushed in and got a KO right at the start followed by a number of other KO's and decent piles. We were 18-14 after just a few minutes. Great leading by Wynkster, thanks to Horatio for taking over after he was piled.

We had amazing binds, great sniping and superb antisniping. Big respect to Wynkster, Davyboy and Snoogans for some legendary tanking which handed us the win.

Thanks for the fight DA, looking forward to facing you again in the future.
